woohooo I think my power nap today was super POWER! I merely slept for like 10-15 minutes and I was damn awake throughout the whole afternoon hahaha! But then I remembered having MANY dreams! & I dun remember any of them! -_-" I woke up quite a few times too, just that I too lazy to open my eyes hahaha! So i've no idea why was the nap so powerful LOL!! I'll be getting my pay this saturday! :D

I think it's damn scary how ur boss can see what you're doing on the com even though she's on mc that day! I was keying in something(and there were mistakes), then like a few minutes later, she called to tell us to make changes :O :O :O Technology hmmm...

I came upon this a few years back, and once again now (: So I would like it to share it with everyone because it's just so true (:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes.

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

I went to the CC near my house after work, wanting to sign up for a cooking class! But wth! The person was telling us that it's not hands on, which means that we won't be cooking etc! But hello! It's a 3 hours long lesson leh and plus we'd only be learning 2 dishes per session so i dun see why we wont get to have any hands on! She was telling us that we would be watching the person cooking and then we still gotta pay for the ingredients fee on top of the 65 bucks! &&&& I asked, so what do we learn? She said: you'll see and learn how to make the dishes and we will give you the recipe and also get to bring the food home. LIKE WTH! I might as well go online to watch the videos and get the recipes for FREE! WHATTHEPONG! I dun believe its not hands on lor! I think is the person noob! :S:S:S:S I think im going down to check it again tmr! & I will ask ANOTHER person HMPH!

It's MONDAY yet again! :O :O :O I was damn tired right from the start of work and I was quite worried that I might just fall asleep hahah! & the funny thing's that Mel planned to surprise me by delivering lunch to my workplace but Xin Ee didn't reply his sms(or smtg) like that so in the end he told me abt it hahaha! Xin Ee was laughing out loud when I asked her to check her hp and read the message he sent me hahah! & she went into the toilet to call him immediately! :O

I went down to meet him at around 1210! He's early! Chun Kit came with him and so I brought them to the canteen while I went back to the office haha! I was like sitting down there and stoning while waiting for lunch break to come because I was waiting for more work to come(since I was done with my work for the time being then ahhaha)! He bought the oyster mee sua from shihlin haha (: & the fried squid form old chang kee for me! & that Xin Ee nv eat oysters one -_-"" But I din really like oysters also, I think it tastes like shit ://// So we chatted till before 110pm before Mel and CK left since we gotta start work soon! & I became quite high after lunch(according to XE hahaha!) Thanks for coming down hor MELVIN KONG! Later you say I nv appreciate LOL!!! I'm quite glad that monday's gone! Because I'm getting nearer to weekend! :D :D

SOOOOOO yesterday was my 7th driving lesson! :D I did parallel parking again and recapped on reverse parking as well (: Then started going to the testing routes. He was like telling me this is route 1, 2 , 3, 4, 5 ..... etc den I jus orh orh orh! -_-" Because I wun really rmb them ahhaha! But I'm surprised that he got such good memory!! :O Cause he's like over 60 alr u know! :O :O yup yup! (: I went home to do some housework stuff before going out to meet Mel at WM! We had dinner and caught the Curious Case of Benjamin Button (: & guess what! We were late for the movie wth! We thought that the movie is at 640! But in actuality! It started at 620!!! -_-""" It's a long long movie! But I find it pretty interesting! (: & I think it's damn scary if I were Benjammin Button! Started off old and die as a baby??? The complete reverse of the norm! I can't wait to watch HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU!!!!!!

The Pink Panther was hilarious! :D I dunno whats wrong with the actors but the way they conversed sounded really funny! Or is it because they're french(or was i dreaming?)?? Honestly i've no background knowledge of the Pink Panther, and it turns out tt the pink panther is a piece of national treasure -_-"" Btw the movie was a treat from Jes's Mum! Thanks Ah Yi! :D So we decided to use the money buy a popcorn combo meal! :D We got the Love Matters combo meal and they gave a couple straw hahaha! It's quite cool (: Jes & Xin Ee were like saying, you can have the couple straw LOL! We din even finish half of the popcorn by the end of the movie! :S So we went to walk around NTUC extra in JP! :D

I thought that they were lying about opening 24 hours! But it turned out to be true! I think they'll suffer huge losses if they open 24 hours :/ The NTUC Extra's like right in the middle of the JP and it's so BIG! Imagine the number of lights and air-con turned on! It's madness! & its not as if like they'd be many people patronising -_-""" BUUUUTTTT the good thing is that I love it when there's no one around!! :D It's as if like we own that place hahahha! I dunno how to describe the feeling! :D I totally hate crowds, maybe thats why I prefer night than day (: It's only at night, that you'd really have some quiet time alone with yourself (:

We walked till around 3 plus before walking back to Jes's house (: I was damn high throughout but I suddenly became very quiet while walking to Jes's house(because I started feeling very sleepy hahahah!) Jes drove Xin Ee and I home! :D But her Mum came along too (: I think it's damn Stressful for Jes :/ She's like undergoing another driving test like that hahaha! Her "examiner" is none other than her Mum! But Jes! Don't worry k! You drive more to gain experience, then next time your Mum will be quiet alr! ;)

So all in all, last night's a really exciting and great experience! :D :D

I went to JP today with my Mum and Bro! :D I thought that we'd take bus there but my mum drove there instead :O :) I went to apply for my Posb debit card while they went to OCBC to open another account for Ming Shun. I tell you, I dun like Posb! :S Because queues are unavoidable!!!! But luckily mine's different queue from the crowds! :D So I got everything done in a jiffy (: What a hate about JP is that many shops are shifting to the new wing, then there will be 2 same shops(one in old wing and the other in the new wing, like DUH!) in the transition period(As in they have to leave the shop in the old wing there for awhile more so that customers will know where to locate them in the new wing etc)!!! Anw Ming Shun got Nokia 5320(i think) and I got c902! :D I havent really gone to explore the new functions, but somehow i dun feel very much excited about getting a new phone as compared to when I was younger! Ohmygosh what's happening? :S Why am I feeling like that hahahah!

Oh I forgot to mention that I saw Evan & Clement in JP today!(: I was on the phone with Mel and telling him: im going to find my mum and bro now and Evan & Clement are right infront of me! & then Clement turned and saw me hahaha! I think he heard what I said! LOL!!! I seem to always see them in JP hahaha! Had Long John Silver for late lunch after getting our phones (: I really like the fries from LJS! :D It's damn crispy and tasty! So different from other fastfood restaurant! :D

Tmr will be my last day of rest before the cycle of mundane and repetitive work, that will last for 5 days, starts again on monday :////

oh great! im catching a movie with Jes & Xin Ee at Jurong Point at 1150 later! We gonna watch Pink Panther 2!! :D I din even watch the first one ahahha! we quite excited cause it's my first time watching such a late movie :/// hahaha!

Anw had a meet up session with Jes last night tgt with XE! We havent seen Jes for DAMN LOOOONG!! She's always so busy! So we had Thai Express! :D The service's getting better (: We had a short catching up session after eating and decided to catch a movie! But the movies were pretty and some more we gotta work today! So we decided to watch tonight! :D & we bought the tickets at discounted price because of Jes's Ccard!:D Thanks alot! :D

I guess A levels results will be released real soon, so I better enjoy before i face that fateful day :/ anw just to share some websites (: for NTU and NUS!

Xin Ee came for work today (: There was this part when I was trying to help her with some stuff on microsoft word, then Jun Wen suddenly stood up and asked whether we need any help! I tell you, his voice's so damn low so it was pretty scary when he was offering some help! Our hearts nearly jumped out of our mouths hahaha! Then we burst into a quiet laughter -_-" hahahah! A paradox or an oxymoron or none of these two? hahahha i've forgoten all that I learnt :X

Xe's behaving like a kid who's still schooling, jumping and skipping around -_-" & we were trying not to talk while working, so the three of us ended up chatting on msn! what a joke hahah! I was even checking out the body shop products online while working :X & time seemed to pass faster today :) But im still very sick of my job! I really feel like quitting! After this experience, I've decied that office job is not for me! As in those REALLY STATIONARY ones! I really can't keep still! I need move around!!!

HAPPY BELATED VALENTINES DAY! :D :D :D

CUPCAKES! :D :D My first time baking cupcakes! :D So of cause I'd have to bake it with someone who knows how to! :) Xinee's so nice to go get all the ingredients by herself last thursday afternoon since I was working then! Thanks alot! & So I went to her house at night to bake the cupcakes and made those heart-shaped chocolates! :D I stayed till 11pm and I zoomed to sleep asap when I got home hahaha! Friday was yet another trip to Xin Ee's house to wrap the cupcakes and chocolates! (: Her mama kept giving me food when I alr had my dinner hahaha! She cut apple and orange for me! Longans too! :D I left her house at 8 plus and she went to prepare for her yoga lesson at 9pm (:

Saturday 14th Feb! Valentines Day!

Woke up early in the morning to help my cousin to make fish and chicken burgers for her bf and colleagues! Meet up with Xin Ee at the bus stop and then Mel at Boon Lay & Amanda at City Hall! We saw damn alot of jj-ians :/ It's as if like we were back to school lol! We were late for the first talk!! So we missed the accountancy and business talk argh! Then we anyhow went into another talk. Gosh it's like the worst time of my life! It was some engineering talk! :///// I really hate physics :S Next was the admission and scholarships blah blah talk and we saw Nilawan and Jane! :D :D Oh we also saw Sheila Loh and Or Huifang on the way out! :D Passed them the chocs and stuff (: Then we decided to have lunch at pasta mania after a long walk around suntec city! I had my favourite pasta again!:D

Amanda & Mel never stop bickering! They kept saying each other fat! I was kinda stucked between the both of them! -_-" Both are my BFs!!!(Boy & Best :D) So yeah you two ah! Please stop asking me to side with either one of you hor!! -_-""" & they had the Guo Dong(jelly/agar agar I dunno what it's called hahaha) I brought for "dessert"!!:D :D We decided to give the remaining talks a miss because it was simply too boring and a waste of time! We went to the fountain of wealth! :D There were people queuing up to touch the water in the middle of the fountain of wealth ahhaha!

We were walking towards the Singapore Flyer but ended stopping at some place to camwhore hahaha! The scorching hot sun's burning me! I'm so not used to hot weather anymore! Especially after having been "confined" in air-conditioned room for 8 hours a day, 5 out of 7 days hahaha for 2 weeks!!!

Followed by some water splashing hahaha! I went on to play wiith water even though I was wearing jeans!! Amanda kept splashing water at us! You should see how she splashed the water, it was damn hilarious hahaha! Like some dog digging a hole to shit that kind! Aye Amanda dun angry hor! I really dunno how to describe it in a nicer way :/ Please forgive me!!

Xin Ee & Amanda left to meet mum and ys while Mel & I cabbed down to Marina Barrage!! :D :D :D I really like the place man! It's damn windy! :D I bet it's be damn nice at night! & we saw many families and couples having picnic and stuff! :D Maybe our next picnic would be at Marina Barrage! :D :D :D YAYYYYY! :D :D :D Stayed there for quite awhile before training down to Jurong Point! Wanted to catch a movie at Suntec but was thinking that it's probably damn hard to get a ticket by then ahhaha! Chionged down to get a movie ticket at JP and had dinner at the Soup Restaurant! :D I really like the Soup Restaurant! :D :D :D & we ordered the wrong tofu lahhhh! I told him that it's Hometown Tofu alr but he insisted that it's the Begger Bowl Tofu just because it's their zhao pai cai -_-""

Caught Slumback Millionaire or smtg! Ohmygoodness that's like the .... Movie I've ever watched so far! I couldn't believe that we actually caught an Indian(Bollywood?) movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There were people clapping halfway through the movie, I bet they must be from India! As one might have guessed, I was sleeping in the theatre -_-"""" What's worst was that its a TWO HOUR LONG movieeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! WTH to the maxxx!!! :///// Luckily I got Mel's company :) He walked me home and I passed him the last present that I've gotten him hahaha! :D & I'm glad that he lovessss it! Woohoo! :D :D :D

Monday Bluessss!! I was busy uploading the photos taken on valanetines day last night till it was 12 plus that I decided not to blog about valentines day yet ahhaha! because I need my sleep! :/// Anw I did parallel parking for driving yesterday! :D I'm still trying to recall the steps for both reverse and parallel parking! My brain is so lazy to memorise things now! & I was going towards teck whye for one of the routes and there was one part that i was daydreaming omg! Mr Lim asked me to turn left but somehow I tried overtaking to move to the right lane because I heard him asking me to turn right instead! But luckily he didn't scold me haha! Work's starting soon! But Lim Xin Ee's only coming tmr because the manager's going JB today! -_-" BOOHOO!! :///

& I swear I won't eat lunch anymore! FRUITS only!!!! RRAAAHHHH!!!! Because SOMEONE says that I'm FAT! :'(

Boo I've been feeling really exhausted these two days :( & today after lunch, I was yawning NON-STOP! Like really NON-STOP! I couldnt stop yawning!! & do you know how tiring it is to keep yawning non stop! I did my work till I almost fell asleep! So i tried keeping myself awake by listening to mp3 and using msn!:D BUT THEN there weren't many people online :/ So I was only talking to mr junlong hahha! he's like doing so many voluntary work now! I envy you! & my other colleagues kept looking at me when i was listening to mp3 -_-""" So I just stopped listening to it :/ I guess I'm jus not in a good position to listen to mp3 lahhhh! Not like my other colleague(who's also a temp staff) who's in such a hidden spot to do whatever he wants! I'm jealous! :/

I climbed up the stairs today! I wanted to take the lift! But decided not to when I see a group of yalam guys walking behind me :X I'm super unfit now!:( My cousin reached home soon after with a bouquet of lily and roses :) I dunno why her bf gave her today instead of tmr!!! -_-""" So I will have the flowers fighting with me for oxygen tonight hahaha! & I hope they won't breed mosquitoes (: Anw it's FRIDAY today! Means 2 days of free time!!! :D :D

Actually I'm not that excited about weekend now :/ I'm only happy cause I dun need to work (: I'm just quite sad over certain things, but I guess I deserve it :( Maybe we've been taking each other for granted i guess? In fact I should be saying: I'm pretty sure that we've been taking each other for granted, especially me :( I dunno what to do to salvage the situation now :( it's just so saddening sighs. I dun remember getting such special attention from you y'know? So I guess I'll just see how things go now..

I think I fell asleep in the morning!! ://// I was damn tired cause I slept late last night?? & I dunno why I always feel bad when im not doing anything!! It's like I feel like sleeping when im doing work, but when ive got nothing to do, I'll pretend doing something and ended up being too scared to sleep hahaha! it's like... I DUNNO?! :S 2 more days of work before weekend comes!! :D & I think the plan of having picnic this sunday is not gonna work out :(

Gosh I'd been so busy that I didn't have the time to update my blog!! Sunday morning was spent doing the page for Sarah! :D & i forgot that my driving's at 11am! I kept thinking that its at 1130 until I was 5 mins late for driving :(:( I recap-ed on reverse driving!:/ Met up with Amanda at westmall and we had subway for lunch!:D Haven't been able to eat that ever since I started workkkk :( I'm sick of eating rice every afternoon for lunch! :/// Oh yeah so Amanda & I were chatting and stuff :) Went to develop the photos for Sarah's Farewell and I feel damn cheated bt oh wells!!! Went up to her house for her to change before she left for her picnic with her cousins while I bused down to lakeside to meet the netballers (: I was the earliest please! FOR ONCE! :O:O:O

It's great seeing the girls again! :D Especially Siyun!!! She's the only senior who came down! It's really nice of her man! I really missed playing with her! I always irritate her during trainings back then! But not like she nv irritate me hahaha! I still rmb how she used to "chase" me to go for trainings when I kept ponning school and trainings during first 3 months! :X I think I made her real mad! :/ Well, now everyone's either working or slacking at home hahah! The farewell went on well and such (: Angela and I were like still planning the game then, but everything worked out just fine (: & I'm glad that Sarah's happy (: Because thats all that really matters (: Please take care when you're in Australia k! :D But I dun think I'd be able to send her off next monday :/
